Replacement devices

The replacement devices are used devices that have been overhauled but are cheaper than the product category “Refurbished devices”, as your defective device becomes our property in exchange.

After acceptance of the replacement device, the defective device must be made available within 14 days. Once it has been made available, we will arrange for the defective device to be collected by a forwarding agent.
